Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Wellness Formulations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, no returns or refunds are permitted once the product has been shipped.
• Advanced Treatments: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service. A partial refund may be offered based on preparatory work already completed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the procedure.
